A one-on-one interview with the athlete to understand who they are both on and off the field. This is followed by a few conversations with family, friends and coaches to build a complete, well-rounded picture of who they truly are beyond the game.

Inspired by the Discovery interviews, we curate the athlete's identity into 4 Brand pillars — core truths that define who the athlete truly is. These pillars are the brand foundation and where we buid from.
THE CAMDEN CODE: POSITIONING
Once the core beliefs are approved, we develop a range of brand tagline concepts. We present multiple directions and refine them until we arrive at one that feels fully authentic to the athlete. From there, we craft a concise brand manifesto that brings the chosen direction to life with clarity and purpose.
THE CAMDEN CODE: STRATEGY + EXECUTION
This is the fun part! Where it all comes togther! Turning the athlete’s story into a living brand, consistently activated across platforms through content, presence, and positioning. From there, we identify and develop revenue opportunities through brand partnerships, merchandise, speaking, and brand extensions, so their influence becomes both visible and profitable beyond the game.
